Safe, Good roommate matching, Caring management
I had an amazing time here! I had no problem with any of my roommates. The management is good at matching roommates together. The management cares about everyone there, and will help you with anything you may need! It's a really chill place to live. It made it easier to
study and get my homework done. One of my favorite parts about Summerwood is the activities and outdoor sports area. You get to meet so many amazing people while having fun! Summerwood is the place to be!

This is more of a laid-back apartment unit. But that doesn't mean we don't have fun.
The management throws little parties and raffles all year. They give out some amazing prizes too. There is also a sports court in the middle where everyone hangs out!

In my experience, the management has been easy to reach. But the front office doesn't open
until 10 AM. So getting help before then may be a little difficult. But other than that they genuinely care about their residents.

I enjoyed the living space. My favorite part was having my own room. I got to
decorate it how I wanted and move it around to what suited me. The next best thing is the closet space. Summerwood is one of the only housing complexes that has a big closet. I was able to fit all my clothes and more. The room is furnished with a bed and desk. It was really easy to bring in dressers and other storage units. I had no argument with anything in my unit. It was well organized and had everything a college student may need.

Get ready to party, Great location, Overpriced
I liked it there!! Great distance from campus and there’s a bus station right outside. The rooms are a little small but decent. A little over priced but everything is nowadays. Not a very big gym. Management was fairly easy to work with. Lots of UVU kids. Good ward.

at the complex which is super fun. But they make sure that there is a quiet hour do people can sleep and study.

The apartments are a really nice size, with a spacious living room and kitchen. The rooms have plenty of space and are private, which is super nice. They also allow ESA!

I typically don’t have time to go to the activities that they plan, but I know
that they plan them! Most of the time they seem pretty fun!

Management is pretty good about getting things fixed quickly. They respond very well and have people
in the office at the times they’re supposed to to answer any questions you have. They’re also really nice.

I have been enjoying my stay so far. As someone from out of state and no ability to see the apartments beforehand, I’m impressed with what I have been with.

I feel like it’s a ghosttown sometimes because I barely see anyone else. The only times
I do is when there is an event in the main area.

There were a few things I was hoping for before moving in, like a broom and
a garbage bin, but overall it’s pretty nice and the rooms are simple yet work well.

Summerwood is great! It's a great location. On the cheaper side but watch for lots of fees. The people are pretty chill for the most part. They're great at responding and helping out. Make sure you have a permit for parking and fill it out the right way!

Would not live here again, Poor management, Strange crowd
i have not had a good experience at summerwood. i have had many problems with my roommates that took management months to even begin to help with which was extremely frustrating due to the fact that they were lease violations and she should have been evicted to prevent me and
my other roommates for suffering the consequences of her actions in the future.

It’s a good place to live. The management responds fairly fast. They have fun activities at the clubhouse and often free food! The freeway nearby is loud, but got used to it and don’t notice as much anymore.

Everyone honestly does their own thing here at Summerwood! You get to meet people who are
all at different stages of life (fresh out of high school, UVU students, BYU students, online students, college graduates, etc.) The office also puts together activities every few weeks to allow you to meet those that you live around.

My roommates party sometimes, and sometimes neighbors party upstairs which for some reason upsets the one
roommate who host a handful of parties.

Management is usually responsive, but not right away, in fact sometimes it takes them days to
respond to a simple question like a phone number to the internet company.

The apartment themselves do a a great job at cleaning. However what's really dirty is the
gym, don't think it's been cleaned for over a year, one of the treadmills is broken, and they use strong perfume to hide the bad smell only to be given a lot of head aches.

This place is overall pretty solid. The price has gone up, which is pretty unfortunate, but the actual apartments are great, management is responsive, the location is good, and maintenance is super responsive. Parking is alright, there’s a lot of bad dripping stuff in the garage but beyond that it’s
good! Overall, I’ve had a good time here and I’d recommend it.
